I woke up with a major french toast craving and I couldn’t stop thinking about it. This sweet breakfast treat is the perfect meal to make on a lazy weekend morning. Not only are they delicious but they are so much fun to make too! Great for Easter, brunch, or really whenever because they are so good and everyone always loves them. The warm cream cheese center with the sweetness from the strawberries and cinnamon sugar coating is heavenly. Plus, you can get the kids involved in the kitchen too – I know they will have a blast filling and rolling em’ up! Bread: We like using the Buttermilk White Bread Cream Cheese: Be sure it is softened so it spreads easily on the bread. You’ll need a brick of full-fat cream cheese or reduced fat cream cheese. (Depending on how many roll ups you make you may use less than 1 brick/ 8 ounces). Sugar: granulated white sugar for rolling Cinnamon: ground cinnamon for rolling Strawberries: Fresh, diced strawberries Milk, Eggs, and Butter
