They’re fun, vibrant, and a perfect spin on the classic beloved rice krispie treat. They combine the fruity, rainbow-colored goodness from the Fruity Pebble Cereal and the classic Rice Krispie Cereal, bound together by gooey, melted mini marshmallows. Butter: if you use salted butter, omit the additional salt added. Mini marshmallows: I like to use mini marshmallows because they melt quicker and more evenly. We’re also folding in some of the mini marshmallows after the cereal is added, so the little mini pockets of marshmallows create the perfect bite. Vanilla and Salt: to help add more flavor. Rice Krispies: Of course! You’ll need 4 cups. Fruity Pebbles: you’ll need 2 cups plus a little extra if you want to crush some on top for garnish. White chocolate: kinda optional but kinda not. 😉 It’s the perfect drizzle for a finishing touch!
