This post has been sponsored by Sprouts. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that keep Kroll’s Korner running! Tis’ the season for Fall sangria! Preferably this homemade sangria is best when shared with girlfriends at brunch, a bridal shower or with family since the kids can partake in this non alcoholic beverage too.

However you enjoy it, you’ll be sure to love:

How the flavor of the drink intensifies as it chills How yummy the fruit is to snack on when your glass is empty The sparkling finish from the sparkling water or lemon-lime soda How refreshing yet cozy this autumn-themed apple sangria is How it can show off all of your apples you have on hand That is can be enjoyed as a virgin sangria recipe or add red wine How versatile it is! Switch up fruits and juices

My riff on sangria also includes an immune system boost with Sprouts Elderberry Fizzy C. Some other Fall recipes to love are my Fall Panzanella Salad, Maple Cookies, and Panera Autumn Squash Soup! Sneaking in a serving of the Elderberry Fizzy C in sangria is a great way to add some electrolytes, antioxidants and B vitamins into my diet without having to feel like I’m taking an extra supplement. As the Fall season gets busier and we head into the holidays it’s important to remember to take care of yourself, especially during these uncertain times. You can find the Elderberry Fizzy C at Sprouts in their supplements section!

Prepare your fruit: wash and chop all of the fruit into bite sized pieces. I like to slice the lemon and orange, but you can chop them any way you prefer. Add the fruit to a large glass pitcher. Pour in the grape juice, pomegranate juice, apple juice, lemon juice and elderberry. Stir.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, top with sparkling water, mineral water, or a lemon-lime soda. Feel free to garnish with more sliced fruit or a cinnamon stick.
